Wax thermal transfer ribbons are designed for printing on a wide variety of thermal transfer papers. They are most often used by printers with flat print heads. It is designed for printing on absorbing uncoated papers with low smoothness at about 3.0 µm (PPS 10) and also on semi-gloss and gloss papers.
Wax thermal transfer ribbons are distinguished with performance at lower temperature of the print head, thus extending its life.

Wax-resin thermal transfer ribbons are suitable for printing at high speed, as the printout has very good resistance against smearing and scratching. The printout has better mechanical resistance than this printed with wax ribbon, enabling the possibility rotated barcodes to be printed.
Wax-resin thermal transfer ribbons are designed for usage with low-absorbing materials, as gloss papers and foils (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, etc.), but they may be also used with uncoated papers, especially when very good resistance against smearing and smudging is required.
Wax-resin thermal transfer ribbons can be used by both flat head and near-edge printers.

Resin thermal transfer ribbons are designed for usage in applications with very high requirements. Images printed with thermal transfer ribbon have excellent resistance against mechanical abrasion, solvents, chemicals and high temperature (3000C) exposures, stream, machine oil, petrol, discoloring agents and sulphur acid. Depending on their purpose and printout properties required, resin thermal transfer ribbons are made by two, three, or more ink layers, as each layer assures distinct quality of the ribbon.

Thermal transfer textile ribbon is a special resin ribbon for printing on textile labels. The printout is resistant to water washing, dry cleaning, chemical washing and also to stone wash and dyeing. The ribbon guarantees very good ironing at temperatures up to 150°C.
It is designed for both flathead and near edge printers. Unique coating on the back allows better contact with the thermal head, for achieving higher print quality and print protection.
Thermal textile basic colors are offered in the following basic colors: black, white, blue, green and red.
We also offer gold and silver thermal transfer ribbons, suitable for printing on black satin, but the printout is not very resistant to washing and ironing as the other colors. These ribbons are suitable for printing on foil labels,too.
